Our group classes are designed to meet the needs of a large community with varying needs and fitness levels. If you are looking to achieve specific goals there is nothing better than private coaching. If you are looking to train for a sport specific event, lose weight, increase strength, improve technique or just prefer a more personal setting we can design an individualized program just for you that will get you faster results.
In private coaching your coach will work with you to identify your specific goals and weaknesses and design a program specifically targeted at improving these weaknesses and meeting these goals. There are a number of ways to implement private coaching into your fitness program. You can supplement your group classes with a private session once or twice a week or you can chose to just do private coaching if that is more convenient for you. Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for long periods of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.

Want to perfect your pull ups, conquer a muscle up or work on your olympic lifts? Private coaching sessions are a great way to focus on and strengthen specific skill sets key to building your CrossFit competency.

Speaking of results, what you eat has a lot to do with how well you succeed. We also can provide intensive private nutrition coaching to help you see results more quickly.
Not sure if you are ready for the group class setting? Private coaching allows you to build up your skills and confidence before jumping into a group class. You will have our gym and equipment pretty much to yourself.
Pick your coach, and pick your time. Private coaching can be scheduled at any time during business hours, when there is no group class.
If you are training for a specific event or sport we can help tailor a program specifically designed to meeting the needs and demands you will see in that event or sport. This will help you gain a valuable edge over your compeition.
One – on – one or with one or two others?
To best suit the needs of our members we offer private coaching with personalized program design in both one-on-one and small group settings. One-on-one coaching is a phenomenal way to receive the undivided attention of one of our coaches, but if it doesn’t fit into your budget we encourage you to consider a small group coaching option. This works great if you have a training partner already or would like one we can partner you with another individual who has a similar desire to achieve their fitness goals. Both of you will benefit from the support of training with a partner.
