    #. Plus their whole body chickens are on sale for the week at $.98/ pound. Super One also has organic kale at $1.78/ bunch. Kale is easy, easy, easy to grow from seed. A few seeds in a pot of dirt on the porch in the spring can have you eating kale all summer long into the fall.

    So of course on the first day of the nutrition challenge I slept through 6am Crossfit… Unfortunately due to my ridiculous school and work schedule, that is the only time I can go. So I ran 3.4 miles in 32:00 min. The route has a lot of elevation change (it is Butte after all) so I am blaming my pace on that and the fact that I should have been wearing crampons. Love making making more of that hemoglobin though :) so much oxygen affinity!!!!!

    Didn’t go super heavy, my legs are still sore from the pistols. 185 – 225 – 245

    WOD: 7 rounds +3 reps. Worked on my box jumps since they are a goat and didn’t count any that I didn’t jump fast on.
