Row 4,500k (each must row total of 1,500m, break up anyway you like)

Then-

20 Lunges

20 Pull Ups

20 Push ups

Once the entire row is finished, 1 person at each station, can not change until all reps are done by each person at there respective station.

Rounds are counted as completed round + lowest number of completed reps at any station at the buzzer.
