WOD: 3 rds for time
Fight gone bad format
With a running clock perform max reps of each movement in 1 min.
Then move right to the next.

-DU’s
-Front Squat
-Sit Ups
-Jerk
-Rest 1 Min

    PC, front squats, jerks: #33, singles instead of DU’s……total 581. Increased my total by 1/2 from September. Sweating up a storm! Great work out. Thanks Corey!

    WOD… I don’t remember.. 300 something… 356?? only used 63#, why???? Well I thought I had 73# on it till I dropped the bar the first time and realized I had 10’s and 5’s and not 15’s and 5’s … not sure what I was thinking… same weight as last time and up a lot of reps!!!

    WOD. 135# total reps 422 after halfing my single under score. Didn’t write down sept weight but I believe it was either 105 or 115 and my score was 417 without halfing the single unders so I did quite a bit better I think
