Open Prep Optional:
1)— 4 Cycles
30 Seconds Max Power Snatch @ 70%
90 Seconds Rest

Remember that this Saturday we are doing the fundraising WOD in honor of Kevin Ogar who was recently injured while competing. He is a coach at CrossFit Unbroken in Colorado and CrossFits world wide are helping to raise funds to offset some of his medical costs. So bring a friend, we can scale anything for anyone!

    Did not finish in 40 min time cap. Still had 1 more set of sit ups & squats. 🙁 So close. Doing CrossFit has made me aware of my (many!) weaknesses but mostly my lack of upper body strength. I am so excited to build some guns!
