    Annie: 9:30. LOVED this work out! Perfect amount of sweat and muscle fatigue! Just as I was about to vomit…..I was done!

    Strength-53# form over weight, weight over time…that is what I am working on with my nemesis the squat!

    I did this at the summit today. Not being in my normal environment with my normal equipment would have usually derailed me, but I didn’t even let the crappy jump rope stop me. I got the DU’s done.
    Front Squats – 2-4-7-10-7-4-2 I wasn’t sure of the strategy on this so I started at 120 and then went down by 10# each set and then back up. Hard.
    Did the row in 9:05 and finished the whole WOD in approximately 18 minutes. Should have used my phone to time it. Still at 40 DU unbroken. Looking to break 50 asap.
