Below is the link to a video with some stretches we are focusing on this month to go along with our olympic, strength and gymnastics focuses. You are expected to do these EVERY day after class. So plan for 5-10 minutes after class to work on your mobility. Flexibility is a key component to fitness and so its important we do it!
