    Oly: 1 power snatch, 1 hang squat snatch 6 x 1 warmup at 33 and then I stayed at 53# for all 6 sets to focus on form, staying in my heels, straighter arms during the shrug high pull.

    Felt good on WOD today. HSPU were hard but got them all done.
    #63 Power Snatch, sometimes got form right. Mostly still struggling with bending arms off floor. 12:28
    Strength – got to 73# on Hang Squat Snatch and Power Snatch. Not pretty. Did pretty good at 63 on form though.
