    Did this at the Summit again – tuesday Summit day. I worked out a 100# Clean and Jerk 1RM. Need significant work here. I got 9 full round and 9 reps in 7 min at 75#. Not a strong day….

    Clean & jerk max:: still at 245 clean is way too slow. I too need much work here.

    CJ Max 113# felt good! working on practicing regular jerks. rather than always using the split jerk.
