    WOD: 365 reps (almost finished, next time I need to push harder at the end!!)

    No WODs but did snowshoe 16 to 18 miles. Deadlifted snowmobile couple times too:)

    Actually, wrong day. I took off Friday. I worked on form with Amy. 63# snatch saw some improvements. I got 75 linked double unders!!! in the WOD. Did 300 reps. Did the final 100 double unders after the time cutoff.
