Starting next week on Thursdays we will have a GYMNASTICS class at 5:30 pm! We are very fortunate to have a new coach on board who also coaches the CrossFit Gymnastics Seminars!!!! She is going to teach us all how to be gymnasty and how to maximize our efficiency in many movements. All levels are welcome to join us! Get ready for some FUN!
