WOD (This is also WOD #1 for our competitors trying for the team for the throw down in Butte)

100 squats
80 Burpees
60 Sit ups
40 KB Swings 2 pood/1.5 pood
20 Pullups

Remember if you are interested in trying out for the team plan on staying later for 2 more WODs and if you want to just stay and do them you are more than welcome. Anyone and everyone is welcome…we can scale them for all!
