Skill: 3 x Pro Shuttle drill

WOD: 20-15-10-5

Front Squat

Shoulder to Overhead

*Every time you put the bar down, drop and do 5 over the bar burpees

do 20 reps front squat, then 20 shoulder to overhead, then 15 ect.
