1 Muscle Up

2 Pistols

3 Ground to overhead (95/65)

4 HSPU

5 Burpees

6 KBS (55/35)

7 Double Unders

8 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)

9 Sit Ups

10 Push Ups

11 Box Jumps

12 Knees to Elbows

 

Do the following exercises the same way you would sing the Christmas song.

i.e on the first day of christmas, 1 Muscle Up. On the second day of christmas, 2 Pistols and 1 Muscle Up. On the third day of christmas, 3 GTO, 2 Pistols, 1 Muscle Up… Etc.
