    50 push ups (this took me a long time…no pain in the R shoulder (!) just fatigue!!!Yippee!!!)

    PC,HPC, to push press 6 X1: up to 225 lb
    WOD: 21:04 with 225. Didn’t truly know if I could finish all 30 with that weight. Guess so!
