Partner WOD! Only one person can move at a time. With your partner complete the following:

100 burpees
50 Dead lifts
100 double unders
50 push ups (hand release)
100 sit ups
50 kettlebell swings

Great week everyone! The hard work and effort that everyone pours into the WODs is incredible to see. I love the improvement I am seeing in everyone already and the encouragement that you all give each other!

Don’t forget about the nutrition challenge that starts on Monday. Meeting after class to discuss the rules and regs 🙂
