60 Squats, partner holds the bottom of the squat
60 Abmat Situps, partner holds plank
60 Medball Cleans, partner holds bottom of squat with pvc/bar overhead in OHS
60 Burpees, partner holds the pushup position
60 Wall Balls, partner holds bottom of squat with pvc/bar in front squat
Each partner must complete each exercise. So when Partner #1 is done with squats Partner #2 must do their squats. When both have finished this exercise, you move on to the next one. If at anytime your partner can’t hold the waiting position, you both must stop working until both can continue.
