    a real “grind”. Everything was tiring. The sit-ups were about the only 50 that I could use to recover from. The secret to the box-jumps and burpees was to find a rhythm and go with it. (20:07) Good job everybody. No one gave in – job well done. Enjoy the rest of your week-end.
