Fight gone bad format

With a running clock perform max reps of each movement in 1 min.

Then move right to the next.

 -Power Clean

-DU’s

-Front Squat

-Sit Ups

-Jerk

-Rest 1 Min

(You did this March 1st, use same weight and compare reps)
