OUCHHHHHHHH much worse than the first time I did this, and I used same weight as last time, until I had to drop it by 10 lbs... 255, then 245 for last 15 mins B. 155 kept this super light, because I didn't have a spotter haha C. This was done after A. which made those wall balls extra heavy.. 6+7 Rx!
