Group Classes

Our group classes are designed to meet the needs of varying athletes of all levels and backgrounds from military, full-time moms, doctors, lawyers, police officers, fire fighters, business people, accomplished athletes and retirees. Regardless of your age, background or fitness level you will benefit from the coaching at Big Mountain CrossFit.

We offer regularly scheduled classes throughout the day and will be adding more classes as membership levels demand. In each group class you will receive a high level of personal attention combined with a supportive community. Big Mountain CrossFit's group classes are intense, challenging and move quickly. Workouts are generally 40-60 minutes and have 4 main components:

  • Warm up/ stretching
  • Skill development
  • Athletic workout
  • Cool down/ stretching

A large part of what makes CrossFit fun and exciting is the awesome community that is created. You will meet new people from all walks of life and are brought together by a common goal: to gain fitness. The CrossFit community is a supporting group of people and fosters friendships and competition.


Group coaching allows our members to work with a professional coach for a fraction of the cost of hiring a personal trainer at the local main stream health club. Our coaches are able to monitor your progress and keep you accountable to achieving your fitness goals.

Our programming is designed to increase your general physical preparedness. Big Mountain CrossFit's programming can be scaled and tailored to help you improve your health and performance in the way that is most meaningful for your specific goals.
